Error when scheduling with Google Calendar

Question:

I use the Google Calendar integration, and when I click "Schedule Interview" to schedule a new interview, I receive the following error message "Sorry, but we ran into an error loading this page".  How can I resolve this?

Answer:

We would recommend going to your integrations tab in Greenhouse, and selecting to disconnect from your Google Calendar integration.  You will then want to select to connect to this integration once more.  This may prompt you to re-enter your Google Calendar username and password.  This disconnect/ reconnect action should refresh your credentials and resolve the issue you are seeing.
