Are the availability times submitted by candidates in my time zone?

Question:

Are the availability times submitted by candidates in my time zone or in their time zones? 

Answer:

Your time zone! :)

When you request availability, you should be selecting the times in your own time zone as the recruiter. 

When the candidate submits their availability after you request it in your time zone, you should also see the times returned in your time zone as well. 

There are three locations where you can refer to the submitted times by the candidate:

1. The notification that you receive via email to inform you that the candidate has submitted their availability

**Note that the email notification may not indicate the time zone specifically but it should be reflecting the times in the time zone of your computer settings. 

 

2. The activity feed of the candidate's profile

**Note that the activity feed does indicate the time zone of the submitted times. This will capture the time zone of the candidate and exactly what they selected as their availability. 

 

3. The interview section within the Stages tab on the candidate's profile

**Note that the interview/stage does not indicate the time zone here but it should be reflecting the time zone set within your Greenhouse account.
