Error seen when posting jobs to Social Media

Question:

Why am I seeing an error message when trying to post jobs to one of my social media accounts (LinkedIn, Twitter, or Facebook)?

Answer:

It is possible that you need to update your credentials for that specific social media account.  We would recommend going to 'Hi <Name>' in the upper right-hand corner of Greenhouse and then selecting 'My Info' from the drop-down. Under the 'Social Networks' section, choose to 'Disconnect' from that specific social media integration. Once you've done so, you'll then select to connect once more.
