Users with Site Admin permissions can invite agency recruiters to submit candidates via the agency portal.
Here are the steps to add a new agency recruiter:
- Click the Sourcing tab
- Click Agencies
- Click Add Recruiter
- Either select an existing agency from the drop-down menu, or click Create New Agency, then enter the name and email address of the recruiter.
- Click Create Recruiter
When agency recruiters submit candidates, the Source of the candidates will be the agency, and the recruiter will be listed as the Referrer. Using the screenshot above as the example, "Expect the Best Agency" would be the Source, and "Randy Recruiter" would be the Referrer.
