Who can create/edit templates for posts to social networks? How?

To make sure that employees are staying on brand when sharing jobs via their social networks, you may want to customize the Social Media Templates.  Only users with Site Admin permissions can create and edit organization-wide templates, while both Site Admins and Job Admins can create and edit templates for their own use under My Templates.

Here's how:

  • Click the Configure tab
  • Click Social Media Templates
  • To create templates that only you can access, click + New under My Templates
  • To create templates that can be accessed and used by all users, click + New under Organization-Wide Templates.
