How do I remove stages and interviews from multiple jobs?

  • On the all Jobs dashboard, click Bulk Actions.
  • Select the individual jobs you'd like to edit, or check the box that will select all jobs
  • Click Edit: Stages/Interviews
  • To remove a stage from all selected jobs, put your cursor over the stage, and then click Remove from All

  • To remove an interview from all selected jobs, put your cursor over the interview, and click the menu icon that appears.  Then click Remove from all

  • Be sure to click Save Changes on the page itself

When I delete a interview, what happens to historical scorecards? Do they remain in that interview or are they also deleted or moved?

    Hi Neil,

When deleting stages (either in bulk or one by one), any completed scorecards will disappear from the candidate's Stage tab but will remain on their Scorecards tab and Activity Feed for reference. Please let us know if you have any other questions!

    Thanks,

Thanks Murphy. I assume there is no impact to reports..they still appear in interview activity reports and passthrough?

    Hi Neil,

Reports will be impacted when deleting stages. If a stage is completely removed from a job, its data will also be removed on your reports (Interviewing Activity, Pipeline/Pipeline Per Job, etc.), and if you were to delete a stage from all of your jobs, it would cease to exist on your reports altogether.

    Thanks,
    Murphy
