How do I add a new stage to multiple jobs?

  • On the all Jobs dashboard, click the Bulk Actions button to the right of the search field.
  • Select the individual jobs you'd like to edit, or click the check box above the first job in the list to Select All. 
  • Once you've made your selections, click Edit Stages/Interviews button above the list of jobs.
  • Scroll down the page, and click + Add a Stage
  • Select the stage you'd like to add, and then click Add

  • Once the stage has been added, you will be able to further modify the stage by adding and deleting interviews within the stage
  • Remember that you'll also have to click the Save Changes button on the Edit Stages/Interviews page itself
