What is the Greenhouse Usage report? How do I use it?

If you're worried that some recruiters and hiring managers may not be embracing Greenhouse in their day-to-day activities, you can use the Greenhouse Usage report to see who has done what within the system! Compare which coordinators are scheduling the most interviews, which recruiters are lagging behind on moving candidates, and even how many referrals each person has made!

How can this report be filtered?

The Greenhouse Usage report can be filtered by Department and Office (located right next to your company name), as well as Job, Permission Level (Site Admins/Job Admins/Interviewers), and Activity Date, which will filter each column uniquely by the date the event occurred.

Hello, can you please tell me for the "interviews scheduled" field, what populates that? For instance, if I have an RC (Xavier) who schedules an interview for a job but they are not listed as the RC (Bob is), would Bob or Xavier get credit for the interview scheduled in this report? Also, the meaning of "interview scheduled"--if the onsite stage has 5 interviews, that counts as 5 interviews, right

    Hello Shereen,

Thank you for reaching out about this! In the example you communicated, if Bob is designated as the Recruiting Coordinator on a role, but Xavier schedules the interview on that role, Xavier will receive credit in the Greenhouse Usage Report. If a stage contains multiple interviews (i.e. a Face to Face stage with five interviews within), each interview is scheduled individually, and therefore counts as as five interviews rather than one interview.

    I hope this helps!
    All the best,
    Mary
