Greenhouse Onboarding: Emails from Greenhouse Onboarding

Greenhouse Onboarding will deliver a number of emails to new hires, employees, Admins, and Super Admins with essential information and to inform them when action needs to be taken within Greenhouse Onboarding. We can now customize these emails based on the new hires location, department and/or employment type. This means that full time, engineers in San Francisco can receive a different email than a part-time, marketing new hire in New York City. If you wish to utilize the custom email feature simply reach out to your client success representative with the specific content you want to add to each email. 

Below is a digest of every email Greenhouse Onboarding will send out, including who it will be delivered to and when it will be delivered. 

 

New Hire Added 

  • Description: Email sent for every new hire added to Greenhouse Onboarding, allowing you to easily begin onboarding process
  • Sent To: Admins and Super Admins in Greenhouse Onboarding
  • Delivered: Instantaneous

  • Description: If you’re company uses Google Apps, this email will be sent to new hire’s personal and company email.
  • Sent To: New Employees
  • Delivered: Instantaneous
  • Customization: Your customer success rep can customize this email for you. Please reach out to your rep for more info.

If you’re company does not use Google Apps, the new employee will receive this email at their company email address and their personal email (if entered)

  • Description: Sent to new hire to alert them to tasks they have to complete during their Onboarding

  • Description: Sent daily for any overdue tasks

New Coworkers Email
 

  • Description: Introduces new employees to current employees, will include name, photo, about (if entered), Teams, Networks. Say Hello link will allow employees to give new employee Props.
  • Sent To: All employees loaded into Parklet
  • Delivered: 7:00AM PST on day specified in Settings

Props Email
 

  • Description: If you receive a Prop you’ll receive an email notification showing who send the Prop and what it says.  
  • Sent To: Employee
  • Delivered: Instantaneous

When an employee is marked as terminated in Parklet all Admins and Super Admins will receive an email notification.   Termination Email

  • Sent To: Super Admin and Admins
  • Delivered: Instantaneous
