How does the updated prospecting plugin work?

Our recent update to the Chrome Prospecting Plugin adds some cool new functionality we wanted to tell you about! By highlighting any name or email address, we will automatically search Greenhouse and show you whether there is anyone already in your system with that information. It only searches candidates you can access, so it's possible that candidates or prospects that are hidden from you won't show up. After highlighting a word or email, you can click the Prefill button to quickly add the information into the extension.

If you find a match, you'll see a link that will take you to the search results for that candidate's name or email address so you can decide whether they are truly a duplicate or simply another person with the same information.

If the new functionality isn't working for you, make sure you're logged into your Greenhouse account, then close and reopen Chrome and try again to force the extension to update.

it seems to find candidates well (even rejected candidates) but it doesn't find prospects.

Agree with Mel. It's a great feature, but the fact that you can't find prospects makes this pretty useless especially when you source heavily on a daily basis. Looking forward to when this functionality becomes available - hopefully soon.
